Our team reviews your needs, what you have ready and our ability to deliver. We confirm eligibility and any offer place in writing. The offer is for the first 100 eligible clients, rather than the first 100 signups.
Agree on your app and website
We agree on what you will receive, what we need from you, who will review the work and the review terms. A free business needs review (Diagnostic) and Action Plan help define your project.
Review and decide
If you don’t like the agreed work you review, you can decline without paying for it. Any further work, launch or ongoing costs need your separate approval.

We look for a business need we can help with, a clear goal, someone who can approve the work, information and materials you have permission to share, realistic timing and suitable resources. We also check that our team has the skills and time to deliver.
You do not need to know everything about technology. Learning support or specialist help can be included when the time, cost, effort and supervision are workable and agreed. Together, we consider the time your team will spend and the tools and working environment needed.
If something outside someone’s control holds up the project, the person responsible must ask for suitable help and agree on the next action. If technology, funding or approval is unclear, we can help you prepare or agree to pause. You can finish without buying or referring anyone.
OFFER DETAILS & PROJECT TERMS
Know what is included before we start.
- Unlimited applications; 100 eligible clients. Austin event attendees can register interest without a signup limit. The offer is available to the first 100 clients whose eligibility is confirmed after review. Applying, receiving a receipt or having a conversation does not reserve a place, create an agreement or confirm delivery.
- Our team reviews your application. We review your business needs, what you have ready, our skills and availability. Eligibility and any offer place are confirmed in writing.
- If the first 100 places are filled. Later eligible applicants may discuss or negotiate possible terms. We can only enter a project agreement, start work or deliver for those applicants after the first 100 clients have been fully served. A conversation does not confirm a project, access to this offer or a delivery date.
- Your app and website are agreed in writing. Before work starts, a letter of intent, review agreement or contract names both deliverables, their format, the materials needed, who will review them, the review date, included revisions, how to accept or decline, access, ownership and file handover. This promotion covers a web app you can install on your phone and website. A native app-store release or additional custom features need a separate agreement.
- $0 upfront; free if you don’t like the agreed work you review. You can decline without paying for that work. We agree in writing on how review and acceptance work before starting. Applying does not authorize a charge, payment, subscription or automatic continuation.
- Approve any later costs first. Launch, app-store release, hosting, third-party services and ongoing support need your approval of the work and costs. If you choose paid work, the applicable offer adjustment, published plans and exact costs are agreed in writing. Existing paid-service terms apply to separately agreed paid work; applying does not commit you to it.
- Agree on goals and dates for your project. Your Action Plan records your starting point, target, responsibilities and how we will check progress. Applying does not guarantee sales, profit, rankings, a start date or a delivery date.
- Referrals are optional. Applying, sharing the offer or receiving free review work does not automatically earn a reward or commission. You can share the application link so others can provide their own information.
These are the offer rules. We still agree on your project’s final scope, review process and commercial terms in writing before work begins.
