This page describes the service scope and commercial boundaries discussed with clients. It is not an agreement, checkout or acceptance mechanism.

Operator and scope

The website operator is Lyfemind Coaching Collective LLC dba Zuporta. The contracting entity, business address, merchant details and authorized signatory must be confirmed against business records before an agreement is offered.

Diagnostic, Action Plan, Execution

Business support starts with a Diagnostic. An Action Plan follows the diagnostic and is reviewed with you. Execution begins only after the plan, scope, capacity and terms are approved. The guided form prepares a request; it does not certify a completed diagnostic or approve a later stage.

Agree before starting

A service begins only after the approved scope, total price and applicable taxes, actual capacity, handling schedule, responsibilities, tools and start conditions are confirmed through an approved agreement and payment process. An enquiry or this information page creates no commitment.

Managed pilot

The proposed offer is $1,499 USD total for 30 days, with up to 40 pooled human delivery hours, subject to scope and availability. No automatic renewal or unapproved overage. Review at 32 hours, prioritize at 36 and stop new chargeable work at 40 pending written approval. The agreement must define hour expiry, delays, cancellation, shortfall remedies, tool fees, renewal, safe in-flight handling and handover.

Separate implementations

One-time automation is quoted separately with defined deliverables, acceptance tests, documentation, handover, correction period and any optional maintenance. It does not automatically include 40 specialist hours.

Boundaries and information

Start with routine, non-regulated work. Clinical, legal, tax, regulated financial, payment-card and high-impact hiring decisions need separately qualified and controlled arrangements. General enquiry channels must not receive sensitive employee, health, financial or access credentials. Coaching remains a separately scoped service and data boundary.

Appointments and contact

Appointment booking opens the supplied external Google Calendar page under Google’s terms. This website does not import calendar events or verify booking completion. Agreement signing, payment, operational email automation and a client portal are not connected. There are no guaranteed commercial outcomes or certification claims. Questions: support@zuporta.com.
