What this notice covers

This notice covers the Zuporta business website, its enquiry form, and browser storage on this website. Individual coaching services at zuporta.com/coaches and other external services have their own terms and privacy information. Your privacy choice here is not shared with those websites or automatically transferred between different website addresses.

What you share with us

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, business or organization name if provided, selected service, audience type, and message. We also record the submission time, the version of the enquiry privacy notice, a request reference, and enquiry status. Please provide only information needed to explain your request.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss the services you asked about, and manage follow-up. The form asks for your agreement to this enquiry notice. This is separate from optional browser-storage consent. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or commit you to a service. We do not sell the details submitted through this form.

Hosting, access & disclosure

The public frontend is delivered through Vercel. The existing Sites hosting service and its Cloudflare Worker/D1 infrastructure process and store enquiries. Hosting services may process network addresses, browser/request details, and operational logs to deliver and protect the website. Enquiry records are accessible through restricted administration. Service providers may process information in countries different from your own; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights. This notice does not extend to information you choose to send directly to another website.

Abuse prevention & security

To limit automated submissions, the application uses a daily hash derived from the requesting network address and submitted email address. The enquiry record stores this hash rather than a raw IP address. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. Hosting providers may separately process connection logs under their own policies.

The website uses HTTPS delivery, restricted administrative access, and server-side form validation. No website can promise absolute security. Please do not submit medical information, payment details, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal data through the general enquiry form.

Enquiry retention

We retain enquiries while needed to respond and manage the requested follow-up, and where needed to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We have not specified a fixed deletion period for all enquiries. Ask us about your record or request deletion at privacy@zuporta.com, including your request reference if available.

Cookies & browser storage

Browser storage includes local storage as well as cookies. The application uses the storage listed below. It does not configure analytics tools, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Fonts, images, and the decorative homepage video are served as website assets; the video is not a Vimeo or YouTube embed.

Strictly necessary hosting or security technologies, where used by the delivery platform, are separate from optional appearance storage. Platform configuration can affect these technologies; they are not used by this application for advertising. You can also control or clear site data in your browser. Clearing all site data removes the saved privacy decision, so the banner will appear again.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use “Reject optional” to keep only the privacy decision, “Accept optional” to allow appearance storage, or “Manage choices” to review the setting. Optional storage starts off. Closing the settings window or continuing to browse does not give consent. Acceptance and rejection are remembered for the same period. A new purpose or materially changed consent notice requires a new choice.

Open Privacy choices at any time, including from the footer. Turning off “Remember appearance” removes the stored theme; it does not undo processing that already happened. Your current page can retain its appearance until you change it or navigate. If browser storage is unavailable, choices apply to the current visit and may need to be repeated.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@zuporta.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request and will explain any applicable limits. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority in your jurisdiction. Withdrawing optional storage consent does not prevent you from using the enquiry form.

External links & coaching

Opening an external link can send ordinary connection information to that service. Review its privacy notice before providing personal information. Coaching and employee wellness services are not delivered through this business enquiry form; do not put confidential employee or health details into a general enquiry.

Changes & contact

We update the effective date and version when this notice changes. Changes to optional storage purposes require a fresh choice. For service questions: support@zuporta.com. For privacy requests and operator information: privacy@zuporta.com.
